Councillors Buckland, Fallart, Lamprecht, Oykener, E Smith and Taylor declared personal interests in Item No. 8 – Housing Revenue Account Estimates 2009/10 and Medium Term Financial Plan (Rent Setting HRA), as they are Directors of Enfield Homes.
