NOTED

1.         Councillor Delman declared a personal and prejudicial interest in application TP/09/0488 – 1-6, Clock Parade, London Road, Enfield, as a company he was associated with had been interested in developing this site.

2.         Councillor Barker declared a personal and prejudicial interest in application TP/09/1216 – 1, Hadley Way, London, N21, as a friend of his lived close by.

3.         Councillor Fallart declared a personal and prejudicial interest at the time he recognised it in application TP/09/0488 – 1-6, Clock Parade, London Road, Enfield, as he was employed by the supermarket company involved in the proposed development.
