1.    Councillor Barry declared a predetermination in respect of application ref 17/05295/FUL – Focus House, 497 Green Lanes, N13 and would speak as ward councillor but take no part in the debate or vote.

2.    Councillor Barry would take no part in the determination of application ref 18/00060/FUL – 111 Bourne Hill, N13, for political reasons.

3.    Councillors Dines and Stevens knew the applicant in respect of application ref 18/00060/FUL – 111 Bourne Hill, N13.

NOTED that Councillor Lappage advised that she had been supported by Lidl while she was Mayor, and had been involved in a conversation with a contact, but was not pre-determined in respect of application ref. 17/01161/FUL.

NOTED

1.    Councillor Dines advised that his sister-in-law was a resident in the vicinity of Oakwood Methodist Church, but that he had not discussed application ref 16/04135/FUL with her and did not consider it constituted a disclosable pecuniary interest.

2.    Councillor Dines advised that he had worked professionally with planning consultants involved with Meridian Water, but had not spoken with them about application ref 17/02151/FUL or 17/02152/FUL.

3.    Councillor Simon declared a pecuniary interest in the Confirmation of Article 4(1) Direction in respect of Enfield Town as his house would be affected by that Direction. He would therefore leave the meeting and take no part in the discussion or decision on this item.

1.    Councillor Don McGowan declared a personal interest in application 17/01161/FUL – 1-3 Chalkmill Drive, EN1 1TZ as he was a governor of the Royal Free Hospital appointed by the Council.

2.    Councillor Nick Dines declared a non-pecuniary interest in application 17/01771/FUL – Garages to the rear of, 164-206 Bramley Road, London N14 4HX as his Sister in Law lived not far from the application site. However her property was sufficiently distant from the site as not to be affected by the application.

3.    Councillor Nick Dines noted that he had been involved as Ward Councillor in discussions relating to application 17/01966/RE4 – Bulls Cross Field, Bullsmoor Lane, Enfield, EN1 4RL.
