1. The introduction commenced by Kevin Tohill, Planning Decisions Manager. 2. Members’ concerns regarding the detailed document ‘8 Oakwood Parade Heritage Summary’ tabled by officers. 3. To allow Members to be able to give this proper consideration, the Chair’s proposal of deferment of the application to the next committee meeting.
AGREED that consideration of the application be deferred. |

RECOMMENDATION: Approval subject to conditions WARD: Southgate Green Minutes: NOTED
1. The introduction by Kevin Tohill, Planning Decisions Manager. 2. Members’ debate, and questions responded to by officers. 3. Members request for additional conditions in respect of landscaping and parking provision. 4. The unanimous support of the committee for the officers’ recommendation, with the additional conditions discussed.
AGREED that the application be approved subject to the conditions set out in the report and the additional conditions discussed.
