In light of the additional representations that have been received and circulated over the past few days, it has been decided to defer consideration of the planning application for Arnos Grove from tonight’s meeting of the Planning Committee.

 

We apologise for the short notice but it is felt that this will enable officers to review the report to ensure it provides Members with all the necessary information to consider the proposal on its merits and make a decision on this scheme.

 

The report will be presented to a future meeting for determination on a date to be confirmed.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION: That subject to the completion of a Section106 to secure the matters covered in this report, the Head of Planning or the Head of Development Management be authorised to GRANT planning permission and Listed Building consent subject to conditions.
