Parking Zone (CPZ) in Balham Road. I note that you have discovered
interest in the adjacent Kingston Road and have included this
within your petitioning exercise. Thank you for your efforts. It is
always useful to gain additional insight into the views of
residents on parking matters.
We have now reviewed the petition. Our analysis indicates that the level of support is a little below the minimum 50% threshold that we need to meet, under our policy, in order to proceed with confidence to our own consultation exercise.
For this reason we do not propose to proceed with further investigation into a Balham Road CPZ at this time. However, we will keep the petition on file. You have the option of seeking further support among your neighbours who did not sign the petition and submitting their signatures in a similar fashion, should this be something you wish to pursue.
