KD 3113 To approve the acceptance of English Heritage’s (EH) grant offer of £363,756 to be match funded by the Council; To enter into a contract with EH to receive the PSiCA monies; and To appoint architectural and project management services

to assist with scheme delivery

 

Following the completion of the Edmonton Economic Regeneration Scheme (HERS) and its replacement with a new English Heritage regime, Partnership Schemes in Conservation Areas (PSiCA), EH has offered the Council £363,756 of funding over 3 years to carry on with similar works to support business, housing and community regeneration through historic building improvement grants.  The PSiCA scheme will be focused on investment in the Fore Street and Church Street Edmonton Conservation Areas.
