Residents (tenants & leaseholders) - Residents meetings and open days with product samples . Consultation via correspondence outlining proposed works, and anticipated programme. Information packs to all prior to works commencing on site. Individual surveys of properties to be carried out by the Contractor prior to works commencing. Feedback and satisfaction surveys on completion of works - July 2010 to completion
