Garfield School Reprovision of a 3FE school

To receive a report from the Director of Schools & Children’s Services detailing additional financial implications in relation to the re-provision of the school. This should be read in conjunction with Report No.207A (Agenda Part 1 refers)     (Report No.210)

 

Members are asked to note that the recommendations in the report were approved by Cabinet on 24 April 2013, with Council being asked to approve the addition of the scheme to the Council’s Capital Programme.

Minutes:

RECEIVED a report from the Director of Schools & Children’s Services (No.201A) setting out proposals for funding the reprovision of Garfield School.

 

NOTED that the report and recommended inclusion of the scheme on the Council’s Capital Programme had been approved for referral onto Council by Cabinet (24 April 2013).  Report No.207A (Part 1 Agenda) also refers (Min. * refers)

 

AGREED to note the funding proposals detailed within section 6 of the report and confirm addition of the reprovision scheme to the Council’s Capital Programme. (Key Decision – Reference KD3698)

To receive a report from the Director of Health, Housing and Adult Social Care and Director of Finance, Resources and Customer Services relating to the above proposal. This should be read in conjunction with Report No.241, (Agenda Part 1 refers)      (Report No.243)

 

Members are asked to note that the recommendations in the report were approved by Cabinet on 25 April 2012, with Council being asked to approve the addition of the scheme to the Council’s Capital Programme.

Minutes:

RECEIVED the joint report from the Director of Health, Housing and Adult Social Care and Director of Finance, Resources and Customer Services (No.243) regarding the development of a Joint Service Centre.

 

NOTED the recommendations in Report No.243 had been approved by Cabinet on 25 April 2012.  Council was subsequently being asked to note the decisions made and consider the addition of the scheme to the Council’s Capital Programme.

 

AGREED

 

(1)     To note the decisions taken by Cabinet on 25 April 2012, as detailed in section 2.5 – 2.6 of the report.

 

(2)     To approve the addition of the scheme to the Council’s Capital Programme.
