52 Reprovision Project - Next Steps

To receive a report from the Director of Health, Housing and Adult Social Care relating to the above proposal. This should be read in conjunction with Report No.29, (Agenda Part 1 refers)        (Report No.31)

 

Members are asked to note that the recommendations in the report are due to be considered by Cabinet on 10 July 2013, with Council (subject to the decision by Cabinet) being asked to approve the addition of the scheme to the Council’s Capital Programme.

Minutes:

RECEIVED a report from the Director of Health, Housing & Adult Social Care (No.31) seeking approval of the next steps identified in relation to the reprovision project.

 

NOTED that the report and recommended inclusion of the scheme on the Council’s Capital Programme had been approved for referral onto Council by Cabinet (10 July 2013).  Report No.29 (Part 1 Agenda) also refers (see Min. * above).

 

AGREED to approve the addition of the Reprovision Project to the Council’s Capital Programme, as detailed within recommendation 2.4 of the report, at an estimated cost of £6.86m over 37 months.  This includes expenditure on professional and technical costs to facilitate undertaking inception, feasibility and scheme design stages estimated at £200,000.
