Issue - meetings

1.    The Council’s calendar of meetings (2016/17) to be agreed at the Full Council meeting on the 11 May 2016.

NOTED

1.    It was unlikely that the provisional date of 3 May 2016 would be required.

2.    The next meeting of the Planning committee would be Tuesday 26 April 2016.

1.    It was unlikely that the provisional date of 8 March 2016 would be required.

2.    The next meeting of the Planning committee would be Tuesday 22 March 2016.

NOTED that to manage the meetings and agendas more effectively, there was a need to hold a meeting of the Planning Committee on the next provisional date of Tuesday 9 February as well as Tuesday 23 February 2016. It was unlikely that the provisional date of 8 March would be required.

1.    The next meeting of the Planning Committee will be held on Tuesday 26 January 2016 in the Conference Room at 7:30pm.

1.    The next meeting of the Planning Committee will be held on Thursday 17 December 2015. The venue will be the Conference Room, Civic Centre.

2.    There will also be an additional Planning meeting on Tuesday 12 January 2016.

NOTED that the provisional meeting date of 10 November  2015 would not be required for a meeting of Planning Committee. The next meeting would therefore be on 24 November 2015.

1.    There will be a site visit to the following 2 planning application sites, which are due to be determined on the 24 November 2015 Planning Committee meeting.

The sites visits will be taking place on Saturday 21 November 2015 to the following sites:

·         36 Walsingham Road, Enfield

·         18 – 20 Bush Hill, Enfield

           Councillors are asked to meet at 09:00am at the first address (36 Walsingham Road, Enfield) and can then move onto the second site, which is in close proximity to the first address.

NOTED that the provisional meeting date of 6 October 2015 would not be required for a meeting of Planning Committee. The next meeting would therefore be on 20 October 2015.

1.    There will be a site visit to the following 2 sites regarding the Edmonton County School site and Power leagues planning application, which is due to be determined on 21 May 2015 Planning Committee meeting.

The sites visits will be taking place on Tuesday 19 May 2015 to the following sites:

·         Edmonton County School, Great Cambridge Road, Enfield, EN1 1HQ.

·         High Barnet, Bobby Moore Way (adjacent to an A-Road with houses behind)

           Transport has been arranged and the mini-bus will be outside the Civic Centre at 07:00pm.

2.    There is also a planning panel being arranged for the Alma Estate planning application. The 10 June 2015 being the preferred date. This will be confirmed in due course.
