14.1    To establish Council bodies for the coming Municipal Year and to appoint memberships to these.

 

14.2    To confirm the terms of reference of those bodies set out in Part 2 of the Constitution. 

 

Constitution - Part 2

Minutes:

1.1         Appointment of Council Bodies 2019/20:  Committee Membership List

 

Councillor Ergin Erbil moved and Councillor Glynis Vince seconded the list of Council bodies to be established and membership appointments for the 2019/20 municipal year. 

 

AGREED to the establishment of the Council bodies for the 2019/20 Municipal Year and the appointment of their memberships as set out on the yellow list tabled at the meeting. 

 

1.2         Appointment of Council Bodies 2019/20 Terms of Reference

 

Councillor Ergin Erbil moved and Councillor Glynis Vince seconded the motion to approve the terms of reference as set out in Part 2 of the Council’s Constitution. 

 

AGREED to confirm the terms of reference of those bodies as set out in Part 2 of the Council’s Constitution.

AGREED to the establishment of the Council bodies for the 2018/9 Municipal Year and the appointment of their memberships as set out on the yellow list tabled at the meeting.
