Issue - meetings

1.         To approve the calendar of Council meetings, including the proposed date for the next ordinary Council meeting on Wednesday 14 July 2021 at 7.00pm. 

2.         The Council is asked to approve the calendar for 2021/22, subject to any further changes/additions being delegated to the Director of Law and Governance in consultation with all party groups. 

AGREED

1.            The calendar of meetings of the Council for 2021/22 including the date for the next ordinary Council meeting on 14 July 2021.

2.            That approval of any further amendments to the calendar be delegated to the Director of Law and Governance in consultation with all groups. 

19.1    To approve the calendars of Council meetings, including the proposed date for the next Council meeting on Wednesday 30 September 2020 at 7.00pm. 

19.2    The Council is asked to approve the calendars for 2020/21 and 2021/22, subject to any further changes/additions being delegated to the Director of Law and Governance in consultation with both party groups. 

Please note that two versions of each calendar have been provided.  One for the current committee structure and one for the new committee structure which is due to be considered as part of item 12 above.

17.1    To approve the calendar of Council meetings, including the proposed date for the next Council meeting on Wednesday 10 July 2019 at 7.00pm at the Civic Centre. 

17.2    The Council is asked to approve the calendar, subject to any further changes/additions being delegated to the Director of Law and Governance in consultation with both party groups.

1.            The calendar of meetings of the Council, including the next Council meeting which was scheduled for Wednesday 10 July 2019.

2.            That approval of any further amendments to the calendar be delegated to the Director of Law and Governance in consultation with both groups. 

17.1    To approve the calendar of Council meetings, including the proposed date for the next Council meeting on Thursday 19 July 2018 at 7.00pm at the Civic Centre.  The calendar has been the subject of consultation with officers and political groups. 

17.2    The Council is asked to approve the calendar, subject to any further changes/additions being delegated to the Director of Law and Governance in consultation with both party groups. 

NOTED

1.               That an amended version of the calendar was tabled at the meeting.

2.               The calendar of meetings included indicative dates for future meetings of the Council up until May 2019.

1.               The amended calendar of meetings of the Council, including the next Council meeting which was scheduled for Thursday 19 July 2018.

2.               That approval of any further amendments to the calendar be delegated to the Director of Law and Governance in consultation with both groups.
