WELCOME AND APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE Minutes: Councillor Simon, Chair, welcomed all attendees and explained the order of the meeting
The Chair also welcomed Claire Williams (Senior Planning Officer).
Apologies for Absence were received from Councillor Jemal, Andy Higham (Head of Development Management), Andy Bates, (Planning Decisions Manager), and Kevin Tohill (Planning Decisions Manager).
Apologies for lateness were received from Councillor Steven and Councillor Chibah.
Councillor Simon noted that at the previous Planning Committee, when it had been decided to defer consideration of the planning application in respect of Brimsdown Sports Club, Goldsdown Road Enfield (15/01063/FUL), he had said that the applicant could be afforded an opportunity to address the Committee at this meeting. The applicant now intended that further information would be submitted in respect of noise issues associated with the application and this would be brought to a future meeting. |
