b)    Membership:

·        Ms Ellerby’s term of office is due to this term.  Ms Ellerby has confirmed that she not be seeking a nomination for a further term.  The consequent vacancy has been referred to the Member Governor Forum to seek a nomination;

·       Nomination for the headteacher representative vacancy is being sought.

Members are invited to identify any personal or prejudicial interests relevant to items on the agenda.  A definition of personal and prejudicial interests has been attached for members’ information.
