To agree the minutes of the meeting which took place on the 30^th November 2022.

To receive the Officers report on the Mayor of London Borough of Enfield Charity Appeal Fund 2022-23.

To receive and agree the final unaudited accounts and auditors report for 2022-23.

To receive and agree the proposed amounts to be distributed to the identified charities from the Mayor’s Charity Appeal Fund 2022-23.

To receive agreement from the Trustees to proceed with the chosen charities of the Mayor of Enfield 2023-2024 attached to agenda for reference.

The date of the next meeting will be confirmed once the accounts have been audited in November 2024.
