The Council are looking to replace their core
telephony solution which has been categorised as end of life. A
broader programme exists to extend our capability to provide a
Unified Communications platform that will encompass all other
existing voice systems and other means of digital communication.
This will allow us to reduce complexity and costs, streamline our
service and realise additional benefits from end-to-end customer
journeys as well as providing for future innovations in the
area.
