KD 4021 Section 106 Supplementary Planning Document

This new S106 SPD will update Enfield's policy position on the use of planning obligations when developers are seeking planning permission, and reflects the range of changes in Government policy and thinking since the adoption of the current SPD in November 2011.

It provides information to developers, residents, officers, stakeholders and other interested parties regarding where obligations will be sought. The content of the SPD will be a material consideration in the determination of planning applications.

Members are asked to approve the draft report for a public consultation phase of 6 weeks.
