KD 4199 Gambling Act 2005 – Approval of the Revised Gambling Policy

The Council has a statutory duty, following public consultation, to publish its Gambling Policy under the Gambling Act 2005 every three years. The main changes to the Council's Gambling Policy reflect the key changes in the revised draft Gambling Commission's Guidance document, such as identifying local risks in the community and implementing social responsibility codes of practice on operators.
