Programme update

A commercial and financial update outlining progress and changes to the project since the last report in October 2015. The Council financial model has been developed to reflect a more detailed understanding of the project. The changes and update will include the assumptions from an updated land acquisition strategy, Barratt programme for revenue flow to the Council and the formal authority request for funding to deliver the new Meridian Water Station.
