A mini-tender exercise has been undertaken using the North East Universities Purchasing Consortium (NEUPC) national framework.
Four companies submitted bids and Edward Baden Ltd has been successful.
The Initial term of the contract will be for two years, with an option to extend for a further two years in annual extensions. This will allow for flexibility for any future facilities management contract
