An exercise has been undertaken to find a
suitable framework and the YPO was again the preferred
option.
By undertaking a mini competition the Council will benefit from
competition within the market place.
The Initial term of the contract will be for two years, with an
option to extend for a further two years in annual extensions. This
will allow for flexibility for any future facilities management
contract.
