This report seeks approval for the funding of a project to replace the corporate asset management system, Atrium, which is to be discontinued by the supplier in December 2021. Improving the AMS is essential to the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP), implementing the Corporate Landlord Policy, as well as compliant and accurate property accounting.
