IDOX currently provides the Council’s
principle application for Building Control, Planning Applications,
Planning Enforcements and Land Charges. This is the primary
interface for applicants, residents and members engaging with the
planning service. It is also used by the legal team to conduct land
charges and land title searches.
The initial contract with IDOX commenced on 17 May 2012 and
included a two-year extension, which expired on 16 May 2019. A
12-month interim agreement was put in place which now expires 16
May 2020.
