KD 5097 - CMS and Website Replacement Award

The council's current Content Management System (CMS) and website is inefficient and will be out of support by Microsoft towards the end of 2020. Following a Soft Market Test evaluating 12 suppliers the list was reduced to 5 suppliers who meet a range of functional and technical requirements.

These will go forward to a procurement exercise conducted via the London Tenders Portal. The Delegated Authority Report (DAR) to award the CMS replacement to the supplier with the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) is underway
