regarding the spending of the neighbourhood element of the Enfield
community infrastructure levy (NCIL), particularly in relation to
how projects will be identified, prioritised and authorised. The
process developed has been created to ensure that the selection
process and allocation of funds to agreed projects is open,
transparent, cost effective and sufficiently accountable.
