Issue details

To get approval for the council to
1. set up an Investment Partnership subject to legal and financial due diligence to deliver affordable housing for the council
2. the preferred land disposal routes from the Council
3. Governance arrangements for bringing sites forward
4. On the agreed sites and number of units to be delivered through the IP

with delegated authority to:
1. to choose a development partner for the Investment Partnership
2. for the final approval of a Strategic Development Brief and Proposed Land Transfer / Disposal Model to an IP for named sites
3. Agree the final Members Agreement and governance of the IP
