Buildings insurance cover for all leasehold
properties is provided by Avid Insurance Services Ltd. Avid have
given notice that they have been unable to secure their own
insurance cover from 24/03/23, which will result in no buildings
insurance cover for all leasehold properties. The council is
exploring whether other alternative insurers are able to provide
cover or the possibility of self insurance.
