1. This report provides an update on 2022/23
General fund capital expenditure, capital financing applied at year
end and commentary on key outcomes delivered from the
Council’s capital spend. The HRA capital outturn is reported
separately.
2. The report also provides a brief overview of the 2023/24 capital
programme as at Period 3 (April to June) and development of the
Council’s 2024/25 Capital strategy.
