For Repair, Maintenance And Small Value Works Projects For Council
Non-Housing Properties to commence 1st November 2023 for an initial
term up to 31st October 2025 with provision to extend for two
further two-year, or four one-year extensions. This decision is
based on the lowest risk to the Council at the point in time. The
replacement Measure Term Contract is deemed as works under the 2015
Public Contract Regulations.
