KD 5724 - Grant funding allocations for 2024/25 for transport and place making projects

The purpose of this report is to set out and seek approval of funding for FY 24/25. This funding, which is predominately external grants, will enable the continued delivery of the Journey & Places Programme for FY 24/25 alongside bus priority and road safety schemes to be delivered by Highways, Traffic and Parking Services.
