The Enfield Sexual Health Service is
commissioned under NMUH providing Level 1-3 sexual health provision
within the borough. The contract is currently under an implied
block arrangement, the service meets need, but does not provide
value for money. NMUH have not provided any robust models to
achieve the required efficiencies within a block arrangement. It is
the Council's intention to decommission NMUH and recommission
aspects of service provision to meet need and comply with statutory
requirements.
