To seek agreement from the Cabinet Member for
Children Services to consult on Enfield's Youth Offer, to ensure it
is shaped by, and tailored to, local needs; and proposed changes to
our local youth work and youth centres model. The Council is
proposing changes to modernise youth services locally, by reducing
our static youth provision in youth centres and increasing outreach
and detached youth work.
