1. This key decision report invites the
Strategic Director for Housing and Regeneration to review and
approve this annual contract award for the supply of electricity
for Enfield Council’s Housing sites (heating and lighting).
The overall approach in respect of securing the supply of
electricity for Enfield Council’s Housing sites (heating and
lighting) form 1st October 2022 to 30th September 2026 was approved
under Key Decision report 3473 dated July 2022 (PL 22.001 O
Procuring a Council Housing Electricity Supply Contract). The Key
Decision report 3473 approved annual call-offs via a
mini-competition using LASER’s Public Contract Regulations
(“PCRs”) compliant Fixed Term Fixed Price
(“FTFP”) multiple provider Framework
Agreement.
